MY STORY
From a kid with a paper route to Build Brilliance’s CEO...
Brad’s fascination with sales and marketing began at a young age when he sold pop bottles, did landscaping and had a paper route. Throughout much of his childhood, Brad sought to be understood, heard and accepted. He wanted to learn problem solving and help others do the same. The challenge, he didn’t have anyone to guide him. He learned a lot through trial and error. Despite it all, he pushed forward, his mother’s words giving him comfort:
“Every failure is a success because it leads to the insight necessary of learning.”
Because Brad didn’t have a professional guide in his early years, he wants to be there for others to ensure anyone with the desire for progress, has mentorship. To do this, he is a public speaker, author and coach. He helps leaders and business owners realize their business’ potential, master their message, tap into their purpose and discover the brilliance within.
